TOURING AROUND THE KEY

This on-road route follows secondary streets around the Key Peninsula. Whenever and wherever possible, it avoids the main highways (#302 & KPH) by using some of the original "territorial road" and other rural avenues. Although not yet fully finished, this trail needs the construction of 5 miles of bike path parallel to the KPH and 2 connector segments to be complete. The KPTC will be working on these needs, as well as other bypasses, over the next couple of years.
